Maybe I'm twisted...

Can you imagine the trauma the poor children experienced?

Anyways, I will update more later...I should get ready to venture around Toronto for the day before going to my parents' place.

I had a wonderful day at the zoo yesterday with Lisa Marie and Iain...the Rhinos were the highlight of the trip, and I got some (hopefully cool) photos.

And yes, things are still green as green can be here. How depressing! Oh well...maybe it will snow yet...

10 Year Anniversary

Yesterday Jen and I went to Hamilton to celebrate our ten years since a) starting at Mac and (more importantly!) b) meeting!!!

Our day included going up to Webster's Falls, walking around campus, eating crap cafeteria food, looking at our old student houses and eating yummy TCBY frozen yogurt (just like we did then!) Here are some of the highlights...

At Webster's Falls

Proof that Students today aren't what they used to be...Mac students need instructions!

My emergency pooh stall on the 6th floor at Mills library...

Me...how I spent many hours...study-sleeping at Mills...

My first home away from home...

Jen's first home away from home (not quite as good as McKay, but how was she to know?)

It was a good day. Nostalgic...but good. On our way home we stopped to visit my grandma. We popped by as a surprise. It was lovely to see her again...she's 93, but still ticking away, bless her soul!

Life, etc

I know...I know...

But this should cheer ya'll up!

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/cumbria/6174895.stm (just when I thought life couldn't get any better!)

In other news, since I last blogged, I have

- seen Lily Allen perform (why oh why would I want to be anywhere else?)
- had my chi touched for the first time (accupuncture, people! Accupuncture...what were you thinking? Honestly!)
- been planning my trip to Canada
- registered to take another wine course
- fumbled my way through a performance of St Paul
- been not single and then single again
- and...

...last night I performed with Jose Cerreras (and 250 other people) at the Royal Albert Hall. It was an amazing experience!

I'm off to Canada on Saturday and am making a looong list of the things I can't wait to do! Undoubtedly I'll be able to blog more regularly from there, so stay tuned for my adventures!
